Glamour model, Katie Price, and ex-reality TV star boyfriend, Carl Woods, have had a rocky relationship. It's certainly had a few ups and downs since they started dating in 2020. Over the years, they have faced split rumours, but they seem to overcome any issues they have faced.
Katie Price is a glamour model who increasingly became a household name after appearing on I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! back in 2004. Since then, the press have reported on her relationships, such as her marriage to Peter André.
Carl Woods is a car dealer from Essex who you may recognise from 2016's season of Love Island. After failing to find the one, he was booted off the popular reality TV show, only making the speed dating round. He also appeared in ITV2's Killer Camp, which he won.
Katie and Carl met through mutual friends back in 2020. They were set up and soon began dating. Katie credited her friend, Rochelle Wood, for playing Cupid and she made it Instagram official by posting a photo of her and Carl on a date.
Carl is believed to be Katie's eighth fiancé, and she has had a rocky love life over the years. Katie has previously been linked to Peter André, Alex Reid, Leandro Penna, Keiran Hayler and Warren Furman but to name a few!
A month after getting together, Katie's fans were concerned after she revealed on her social media that they were getting "his and hers" teeth. They were worried that Katie was paying for her new boyfriend. However, a source soon put this right, saying that Carl was paying for his own veneers.
Katie likes to show off her life through her YouTube videos. In a video posted a few months after she got with Carl, they revealed they had tattoos of each other's faces on their arms. Carl said, "Now we've got matching cars, matching plates ... and matching tattoos."
After not even a year together, the pair announced their engagement. A few months later, Katie sadly was allegedly attacked at her home in Essex. She appeared bruised, and Carl had to answer Instagram followers questioning him about the attack. He denied all claims he was involved.
Katie and Carl went away to Las Vegas and were spotted at a chapel apparently picking up a marriage certificate. Despite these claims, they denied that they were secretly married.
Katie and Carl appeared in court after an incident in which Carl was accused of using threatening behaviour during an argument with his glamour model fiancé the previous year. He pleaded not guilty.
Despite their volatile relationship, Katie chose this time to reveal that they were trying for a baby. She said the couple were undergoing IVF treatment. “Obviously I’m 44 this year and I haven’t got as many eggs as I wanted so we’re having to do IVF and we are doing it.”
Carl continued to plead not guilty throughout the court case, with witnesses saying that he followed Katie out of the house and was shouting at her in the street. The case was adjourned and Carl was placed on unconditional bail.
The case was dropped against Carl Woods, and he vowed he would be taking action against those who had contributed to falsely accusing him.
In May 2022, Katie had several court cases going on both dating from 2019. One was breaching a restraining order after shouting abuse at a woman on a school playground, and the other was due to construction work on her home.
After a comment saying that she was no longer with Carl, the couple said in August that they were still together and stronger than ever. Katie claimed her phone was hacked and someone else wrote the message. According to a source, a wedding was definitely on the cards!
In November, thy had another fall out and on top of that, Katie was accused of infidelity, and the couple seemed to confirm their split via social media. But had they really split up?
It didn't take long for Katie and Carl to get back together, as they were seen on a lunch date just a few days after. Even though Carl had gone to Instagram stories to tell all his followers about Katie's unfaithfulness!
